When Harrow Council lay down the gauntlet for children to present their vision of the Harrow of tomorrow in art form, they were bowled over by the response:  Children had been asked to paint their future vision for Harrow as part of the Council’s Climate Change Day on Saturday 19 May, 2007.  On Friday, June 1, winners were awarded their prizes by Harrow’s Mayor, Councillor Jean Lammiman, selected from over 20 entries.
