Educational ICT Specialist, Trusol Ltd, has joined Reality Telecom’s partner programme, adding Reality’s Call Navigator IP™ telephony service to its ‘turnkey’ portfolio of information & communications technologies (ICT) solutions for schools, colleges and universities in the UK. Together, Trusol and Reality Telecom plan to demonstrate how easily VoIP (voice over IP) can work on stand Q34 at BETT, the educational ICT event held 10-13 January, 2007, at Olympia (London).

Trusol offers a ‘one stop shop’ for ICT in the classroom. It currently provides ICT installation services and support contracts to over 250 primary and secondary schools across London.

Reality Telecom has added some features to its already feature-rich IP telephony service for SMEs (Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises), Call Navigator IP™, including simplifying ‘hunt groups’, which allow calls to pass from phone to phone until answered or to all ring simultaneously; and call barring for certain ranges of numbers (such as international or premium rate) or even a specific number. Other enhancements include allowing pin number access to conference calls for security, and the listing of recent faxes received as email attachments.
