Webstars, a dynamic web agency specialising in html, flash, e-commerce, database driven sites and online software applications, has upgraded from Reality Telecom’s Call Navigator™ telephony service to its newly launched IP telephony system, Call Navigator IP™.

Webstars offers various levels of client service under several distinct brands, each serving different markets – from ‘brochure’ pages for SMBs to complex integrations with back end systems for large multi-nationals. It had originally installed Call Navigator™ in 2001 to support the growth of the company by ensuring the easy direction of inbound calls between senior personnel based disparately in London, Birmingham and Hastings, with the London office also housing several staff.

“When Reality introduced Call Navigator IP™ it added a raft of extra functions. Importantly for us, it added functions to outbound calls, and made inter-office calls free. As Webstars calls upon staff in Romania and Canada for their specialist web development skills, this was highly appealing to us to upgrade,” said company founder Jeremy John. “It has gone in very smoothly and is allowing us to communicate far more effectively, both internally and externally”
