Dealers Looking for a Dose of Reality

Dealers and integrators looking to extend their portfolio into IP telephony, particularly those serving small/medium sized businesses, are the driving force behind Reality Telecom’s presence on Stand 57 at the Convergence Summit, October 10-11, 2006 at Sandown Park. The SMB telecoms specialist aims to double its partner base from 40 resellers to around 80 within the next six months.

Its flagship product, Call Navigator IPTM is an inexpensive, tried and tested alternative to a PBX and phone line, engineered to the highest business quality telecoms standards. The service is centrally managed and maintained by Reality Telecom, yet all the functions may be controlled by the customer or their technology partner. An alternative to a traditional telephony system, specifically designed for small to medium-sized businesses, Call Navigator IPTM offers impressive advanced telephony features at the front end, least cost call routing at the back end and simple, on-line management facilities.

Reality Telecom already boasts an impressive customer base and is looking for reseller partners with strong experience in the SME market.

“The future is in our kind of service” said Alan Sawyer, Marketing Director of Reality Telecom. “Traditional PBX sellers are seeing their market eroded and need to have an alternative IP telephony product in their portfolio to maintain a profitable business. Data resellers are already recognising the opportunities presented by IP telephony and must select their service offering carefully. Reality Telecom makes it easy for both.”

“We offer healthy reseller margins and provide opportunities for ‘add on’ sales where the revenue remains entirely with the reseller. To simplify and speed up the sales cycle, we have invested in a sales tool to support resellers with their customers, which we will be demonstrating on our stand,” he added.

Reality Telecom is looking for partners to achieve a minimum of £20k turnover per month with the product within six months.
