Players from Chobham Rugby Club will be in out of force on Thursday evening for a photo call to support the 25th annual Action 100 Cycle Ride (Silver Jubilee). The 100 mile fundraiser in aid of UK charity Action Medical Research takes place on Sunday 27th August from Bristol and Bath to Chobham.
Players have kindly agreed to take the time before their busy training session to help promote the ride and will be posing with the charity’s jubilee logo.
This year the finish line is at Chobham Rugby Club, the preferred finishing point for years. When riders reach the finish line at the Club, they will be greeted by a jazz band, roaring BBQ and numerous family entertainments.
The charity wants to encourage people to come out and show their support for cyclists as they come into the finish, or, better yet, take to their bikes for Action Medical Research.
