Hampshire based Reality Telecom (www.realitytelecom.co.uk is licensed by OFCOM to operate telecommunications services throughout the EU.) It was founded in August 2001 to provide small and medium sized businesses with flexible, advanced telecoms services at an affordable cost. The company’s flagship product, Call Navigator™, has evolved a number of years, and the latest service, Call Navigator IP™, is a fully managed telecoms service that offers sophisticated call handling features made simple. It allows business customers to share telephony services and applications over a secure telecoms network – meaning that businesses have access to state of the art features that they would otherwise be unable to cost-justify.

Roy Clark, Registration Officer for the city’s Action 100 cycle ride, is pleading with potential riders to submit their applications in for the 25th annual cycle event sooner rather than later. Every year Roy is inundated with last minute applications for the 100 mile fundraiser in aid of UK charity Action Medical Research. Drowning in paperwork, in the past Roy has had to process hundreds of applications in the days before the bike ride.
When surgeon Paul Kinnear, now 56, suggested to his fundraising mother that she organise a cycle ride to raise money for Action Medical Research, he had no idea that the ride, now known as the Action 100 Bike Ride, would this year be celebrating its Silver Jubilee as one of the charity’s biggest fundraisers - or that, 25 years after his first ride, he would be taking to the road again for the charity and encouraging others to do the same.

(Fowlers Wells, Windsor Road, Chobham, Surrey GU24 8NA)
Date: Thursday 10th August 2006
Time: 19:00 – 19.30 (7pm)
Players from Chobham Rugby Club will be in out of force on Thursday evening for a photo call to support the 25th annual Action 100 Cycle Ride (Silver Jubilee). The 100 mile fundraiser in aid of UK charity Action Medical Research takes place on Sunday 27th August from Bristol and Bath to Chobham.
Wiltshire residents Phil Jefferson and his wife, Joyce, are two of a kind. Exuberant volunteers for UK charity Action Medical Research, the couple are willingly giving up their August Bank Holiday to help out with the Silver Jubilee year of the charity’s annual Action 100 cycle ride. On Sunday 27th August, the pair will be donning their catering hats as they commandeer the Marlborough refreshment stop on the 100 mile cycle between Bath and Bristol and London.
